MayJune 2004 Concluding the repairs of the four cylinders considered damaged by an earlier inspection, the prime mover's water supply was filled up. The latter revealed a malfunction in one of the water pumps which was subsequently repaired. However, filling up the engine again, a water leak was discovered in cylinder #12. The cylinder head showed no signs of damage, however, grooves in the cylinder liner gave away a broken piston ring, which could not be detected during earlier inspections. By now, the cylinder liner and the broken rings have been all replaced.
